Where do you ship?

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

If you place a large order of multiple items, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 10 - 20 days to arrive at your doorstep. For more information, please visit our Shipping and Delivery page.

 

Will i need to pay custom fees?

We are confident there will be no custom fees. However, we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If such costs are required, it is the buyers responsibility to fulfill the payment.

 

What are my delivery options?

We currently only offer one shipping option, which is free. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any other form of shipment as of this moment.

 

How secure is your site?

At Trippy Clothes, we process payments using the stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most rigorous level of certification. We take customer security very seriously, and all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.

 

Can I amend my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We usually ship items within 1 business day, so we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that they check out with the correct items and shipping information.

 

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information on your package.

 

How do i track my parcel?

You can track your parcel through the email we sent you.

 

Can i return an item?

Absolutely. We have a 7 day refund policy that starts from the date you receive your parcel. Read our refund policy page for more information. If you are unhappy with your order, please email us on the contact us page so we can resolve your issue as soon as possible.

 

What if I receive a faulty item?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel on the contact us page.
